As the Covid lockdown went into a full effect, a local Malaysian pasteurised egg manufacturer was facing pressure in slowing down the decline of sales. But earlier internal efforts in building an eCommerce channel was unsuccessful. 

We came in to actively manage the building of an automated Shopify marketing funnel that would allow the company to directly sell their products to customers. A full historical marketing campaign analysis was conducted to understand the causes of the company’s prior unsuccessful attempts in building a commercially viable eCommerce store. 

Through our research we found a major insight that pivoted the brand in a new direction. We updated the brand copy, creatives and guidelines, developed new Google and Facebook ads campaigns using data-driven micro segments, and built a Shopify website that focused on educating and converting new visitors into paying customers. 

Our efforts become highly successful with sales increasing on average of 150% a month for 9-consecutive months, and the company owning an entirely new sales channel that grew into a top-10 revenue stream with more than 5000+ regular paying customers.
